of the charter price.
DEPOSITS/REFUNDS
All trips require a $200 deposit, payable with a
credit card or by personal check. Multiple trips require a
$200 deposit per trip. Personal checks will be accepted only
there is sufficient time for the check to clear before the trip
date. If your are sending a deposit check, we must
receive it within ten days after the reservation is made. Trip
deposits are fully refundable if we are unable to fish due to
weather conditions or a mechanical breakdown. We do fish in
the rain. Deposit refunds will not be made for any other
reason. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of
the Captain. Your comfort and safety is our number one
concern. We always try to reschedule canceled trips. In
certain circumstances we will suggest a different type of trip
suitable to the weather conditions.
